International college wiki

ABOUT

To contribute to better onboarding, transparency, staff support and administrative workflows, I advocated for, designed and built a wiki for the International College at Queensland University of Technology. This project was developed in the Atlassian Confluence platform, with some custom CSS to increase appeal and extend functionality. The emphasis in the project was on ease of use for a staff group with limited computer literacy. The wiki is now well established with staff one year after launch, and functions as a vital staff intranet that makes content far more findable and accessible than was the case previously.
